The challenge

Neurospecial helps organisations create workplaces where neurodivergent talent thrives. Their old website didn’t reflect this mission, and their branding lacked energy and clarity. The goal: craft a vibrant, inclusive brand and website that resonates with clients and inspires trust.

My approach

• Brand clarity: Applied the StoryBrand framework to simplify messaging, highlight client challenges, and define a clear call to action.
• Inspiration & research: Analysed competitor websites and brands across industries to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Visual concept: Developed two logo directions; the team chose interlocking shapes representing collaboration and inclusivity. Colours were brightened to reflect diversity, innovation, and energy.
• Design system: Created abstract geometric illustrations and selected Clarika, a modern geometric sans-serif, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across digital and print.
• Web development: Built a responsive, accessible website in Webflow, empowering Neurospecial to manage updates and future content independently.
